Services

JW Media provides AI-powered lead reactivation, marketing automation, and growth system services for local service businesses. Our services include but are not limited to: SMS and email outreach campaigns on behalf of our clients, website and landing page development, paid media management, AI chatbot and voice agent setup, and CRM configuration.

Client Responsibilities

Clients who engage JW Media for lead reactivation services represent and warrant that:

They have an existing business relationship with the leads provided to us
The leads provided have previously given their contact information voluntarily to the client's business
They have the right to authorize outreach to those leads on their behalf
All lead data provided is accurate and was collected in compliance with applicable laws

SMS Messaging Terms

JW Media sends SMS messages on behalf of our clients to re-engage their existing leads. By providing a phone number through a client's business (e.g., requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, or making an inquiry), leads consent to receive text messages related to their inquiry. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or to consent to receive SMS messages from JW Media LLC. By submitting any form on our website or opting in to receive SMS messages, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided personal information or opted in to messaging, we will take steps to remove that information and revoke consent.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon between JW Media and each client prior to service delivery. Tier 1 (Lead Reactivation) clients are invoiced weekly based on booked appointments at the agreed per-appointment rate. Tier 2 (Growth System) clients pay a project build fee and ongoing per-appointment fees as outlined in their service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on jwmedia.ai, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of JW Media LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Tier 2 clients retain ownership of websites, landing pages, and marketing assets built for their business upon full payment.

Limitation of Liability

JW Media provides services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to a specific number of leads, appointments, or revenue. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of their service agreement. Tier 1 services have no minimum commitment. Tier 2 services require a 90-day minimum commitment with 30 days notice to cancel thereafter.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
